Poor. i liked the message and the turkish bath. the pool is very short in hieght

our room had dust under the bed and closet when we checked in
the shower is broken you can only use the hose

Be careful is not inclusive! I they a. Close to beach. Facility / inside pool very cold 😞 also they ask for turkish hamam 20 euro but we reserve all inclusive!!!
Also they don’t help you for location shuttle bus !!!👎👎.

The hotel is worth going back there again and again. Only if the owner makes sure that his customers are not cheated at. I will like everything except the staff at the front desk who cheat people out of money.. Good afternoon. Everything was absolutely delightful. Great food, great location of the hotel. Very nice hotel. Everything was super:)
Except for one point - the reception staff wanted to dunk us on the first day.
We had booked a room in advance. Upon arrival your staff took us to a room that does not correspond at all to the photos on the bookings. Oh, and with two different beds for a couple. It was horrible! When I asked where was the room we had booked, I was immediately told, give me 150 euros. Then we will move. I then had to go to the manager next to the reception and she immediately said something to them, after which they quickly handed over the keys to our room normal!
If it wasn't for the past incident, I might have given it a 10/10, but as it is, sorry..
