One of the most charming hotels we have ever been. Probably the best breakfast!. I am impressed, a think is one one of the hotels we liked the most during our travels. It is small boutique hotels which does not look like hotel - a few building, "streets", 2 swimming pools, restaurant (with free coffe/tea break). Breakfast was just stunning - so many cheeses, salads, warm options (delicious menemen!) that can be eaten on the terrace with wonderful sea view (on bay, island and peninsula). Our room was on the bach ground, but with big space outside (with table and sofa). There was everytking needen (hairdryer, minibar, coffe set). Hotel has own big parking. Pool and beach towels are provided. Is situated at the end of the street, between the center and old amfiteather, perfect for sunsets. We really loved Payam and warmly recommend it!. It was really perfect stay..

Good. Location and friendly staff. We stayed only 1 night and we took the last available room in the entrance. But it was ok for such short stay. Nothing.

A very clean, comfortable place to stay with welcoming staff who cared about our experience.. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and the view over the Mediterranean from the breakfast area/restaurant was something we sought out each day. Close into the harbor and shops for evening strolls.. .

Exceeding expectations. Beautiful stay and highly recommend!. Payam exceeding my expectations. There’s so much to like: the buffet breakfast (and the view!), bedroom size/comfort, location, rooftop bar and swimming pool. We didn’t eat dinner there but the pizzas looked beautiful. The staff were great and kept everything so clean. They were also very helpful with booking our taxi to and from the airport, and accommodating when I changed the times a few times!. We were on the ground floor and noise did travel from upstairs, outside or the nearby mosque. The AC generally drowned out the noise when we wanted to sleep..

Very good hotel. Very good hotel, excellent location. Wide choice of food for a breakfast and view on the sea and islands. There is also a parking area and a beach to swim.. .

Lovely place. Lovely place with 2 quiet pools, beautiful clean rooms, great location and amazing breakfast buffet. .

Exceptional. This is the best hotel to stay in among my trip to Turkey, the service is also good, the house is also very good, very clean and comfortable, and the location is also very good. The breakfast was very very rich and with a view of the sea, very good hotel, I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I come to kas!. Nothing, perfect hotel!.

Would recommend it to friends as a great place to stay. Loved staying here. So central. Close to the old city. Great for a swim close by. Loved the vegetarian restaurant and amazing breakfast each day. Would highly recommend it.. Nothing. Had to climb a few stairs every day but this was probably a good thing!.

Great breakfast!. Beautiful view and excellent variety for breakfast.. We were trapped in the lift for 25mjns due to loss of power for the building block that we were staying in. There was no warning not to use the lift in case of loss of power. Our room has no electrical power but the lift was working when we got into it..
