Weeks stay. The room was very clean upon arrival and staff very attentive, throughout our stay we were delighted with the food from the Buffett and never disappointed. We enjoyed our days relaxing by the pool which had an adequate amount on sun-loungers. The evening entertainment was good and selection of local drinks was great, Ramazan made our evenings near the bar very enjoyable with very friendly service. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for getaway. .

10/10 for Sunprime C-Lounge. Made the best choice choosing this hotel which was amazing value too . The location was perfect as wasn’t isolated and in easy access to shops etc and even a market every Thursday ( but make sure you haggle) . You have the choice of the pool , beach or private pontoon . Plenty of food available all times of the day and a decent variety to cater for regular tastes as well as ones who like varied like Calamari and mussels and Halil the head chef even had Sushi available . There was also healthy or cake options for dessert. We opted to eat on the outside balcony and was looked after very well by Pinar and Murat who also provided service with a smile. From the moment of arrival I had a technical query with my SIM and Hasan was amazing and very helpful in resolving my issue and appears a real asset as a problem solver and manager . There is even a delicatessen bar with the help of polite and friendly Nurcan with cakes and ice cream , coffee etc throughout the day and also a snack bar by the pool area if you still wanted to eat out of dining times. The drinks where of good quality and even some cocktails part of All inclusive of which Ramazan was very helpful behind the bar. It’s the first time I have been to hotel with no kids and until we got back to Antalya airport , I realised how grateful we booked an adult only hotel , as although I don’t mind kids , screaming babies and kids are not the best way to enjoy a weeks holiday. We didn’t use the spa facilities but heard they were good and we used the gym a couple of times ( although should have used it more as the food was too good 😊 Not many English guests which was fine as Germans and Scandies guests were all pleasant and the only Russians I came across was a pleasant couple who were on holiday themselves living not far from me in London. As with most hotels in Antalya there is a transfer time of a couple of hours but would recommend you book one of the minibus services on line which is under £10 each .. I cant imagine anyone having a negative about this hotel but I’m in the industry too, and find you will also get complainers, no matter how hard you try . I can see why we came across guests who regularly book here and would highly recommend ..

2 star hotel. Nothing special. First . I reserved transfer they didnot send any driver , i got taxi The sheet very old and rough No napkin in room , they told us to use toilet paper.

Very nice hotel. Strongly recommended.. Very nice hotel. Strongly recommended for its perfect service minded, friendly and supportive personnel. The food offers are very tasty and rich. Turkish and European cuisine serves to any taste and food priority. Special thanks to the Chief at the restaurant.. .

Highly recommend ! I love so much, great time. More than even I could expect ! ❤️ we stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and came back for new year celebration , hotel improved , food is tasty , program was great ! Sweets are amazing, chef is really does his work well , Evenings was life music which we also liked so much Magicians was great , thank you !. In sushi need add cheese 😁.

Disappointing. Bed was comfortable, it was clean. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Way too expensive for what it gives. Beach was small and dirty. Hotel reception a total useless staff Main food was limited although the starter and dessert were decently good.

Exceptional. We were well looked after, and the waiting staff were attentive.. Nice atmosphere. Good shower. Bath robes and slippers. Atmospheric lighting in the bedroom. Nice sea view.. Nothing.

good hotel, but reception staff will make you feel wasted money. the room is comfortable, bed is comfy and the restaurant for breakfast is quite comfy too with nice pool view. 5-star hotel with the attitude of 2-star hostel. Mr. Yasin in the reception never heard of professional warm welcoming of guests. He was very rude and unprofessional, but he felt very proud of it - probably is the policy of the hotel - if you are not Turkish (cause to all turkish guests receptionists were smiling and were very happy to assist) you will get not even "hello". The hotel itself is a nice place. Business partners both in Cyprus and Turkey advised the hotel, but the staff (!!!) - wow, they picked the most unprofessional staff in Turkey, probably..
