Would not recommend. Appaling noise levels. Food awful. Incredibly rude staff demanding tips constantly. Wouldn't come here ever again. The room was dirty. .

A Perfect Vacation!!. I had an unforgettable experience at Palmeras Beach Hotel – everything was simply perfect! The location, the beach, the food, the atmosphere... but most of all, the amazing people who made this vacation so special. A huge part of that was thanks to the animation team, especially the girls – Nema, Martha, Salma, Nastya. These girls were absolutely incredible! Every single day, they brought such a beautiful energy , always smiling, always kind, always making everyone feel welcome. Their positivity was contagious, and their ability to connect with guests was something truly special. Whether it was dancing, organizing activities, or just chatting with us during the day, they were always present with full heart. And of course, I can’t forget the amazing guys – Mesut and Mr. Boyka! Their energy, humor, and charisma brought so much life to the hotel. The service throughout the hotel was also outstanding. Every member of the staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I want to personally mention Erdem Ermis for his exceptional service. He was incredibly attentive, respectful, and always went out of his way to make sure guests were comfortable and happy. This place gave me unforgettable memories. I’m so grateful and can’t wait to come back! ❤️. .

More Cons Than Pros: Reflections After an 8-Day Stay. + A very wide selection of food, with snacks and drinks available all day until 2:00 A + Some of the staff were particularly kind and friendly (waiters, the bartender, maids, especially in the lobby bar – the staff was perfect and they had the most delicious cocktails that weren't overly sweet + A clean and tidy seashore/beach + Location next to markets and shops - Very pushy staff; if you are looking for a peaceful rest, they want to involve you in everything, pull you by the arm, and constantly want to talk - Cockroaches on the 5th floor - There are many cats on the premises; one day there was feces on the 5th floor - To get a spot by the pool, you have to get up very early and run to reserve a place - The hammam and massage were outside of my comfort zone due to the attitude, unpleasant emotions, and a very painful massage where they "diagnosed" new conditions about 5 times just to keep selling – I doubt the masseurs have medical qualifications to say that a person has problems (expect a very painful and unpleasant process, aggressive sales tactics) - The hotel is oriented towards Russian-speaking guests - The bed linen was not changed once during the 8-day stay - The room was on the verge of falling apart – turning on a lamp would trip the circuit breakers and the power would go out, the electrical panel fell down, everything was scuffed and worn out, we were afraid to touch anything - WiFi is only available in the lobby, and the internet is quite slow in general Overall - if you are expecting a peaceful and relaxed vacation with an aesthetically pleasing room, a quiet environment, and a pleasant stay, this will not be the best option. However, it must be said that for the price we paid, the memories will remain good, but we did start wanting to go home quite soon! :). .

Excellent. Absolutely amazing place, went as family of 6, food and drinks was perfect and plenty of choice there quite a few cocktails to go and try, plenty of sun loungers around pool. Beach was lovely spot too, staff are absolutely brilliant friendly and always wanted to help. Entertainment staff are so welcoming and friendly definitely made us all welcome Martha we will miss you we loved your bubbly personality. Thank you for perfect holiday x thank you. .

Super. 3rd time here in 11 months and it’s even better than the last 2 visits. The new things implemented are super. Animation team amazing bunch even without the amazing Benjamin. Munisa service in the restaurant amazing. Anyone that moans about it here I don’t understand it’s fantastic and myself and the family will keep coming back we love it here. The Ryan family room 2208 10th June until the 20th. Thank you palmeras. .

Ladies trip. We had a ladies trip to celebrate 2 birthdays this time. We were coming back to the hotel 3rd time. The hotel is very cozy, wonderful stuff, bartenders, animation team! For two days we had decorated tables for birthday girls what made all of us to feel special. Also cakes to the room and sparkling drinks.The meniu of cocktails this year was changed- all were top notch! The bartender of a night shift at pool bar Mr. Kazim surprised us with special drinks and decorations and service. The rooms are not big, but really enough space for one week stay. Beds comfortable, cleaning good.. .

Great stay with friendly service. We had a great time at the hotel during our family trip. The staff was very friendly, and the animators were very dedicated and engaging, ensuring everyone had a great time :) A special thanks to Mariia, the Guest Relations Manager, who made us feel very well taken care of. The only small issue was that sometimes there were language barriers, as many staff members spoke mainly Turkish or Russian. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it for families!. .

Great place for family retreat. Don't get me wrong this is not 5 star exclusive high end hotel... But We were there with family of 8. The staff is great. They are helpful, quick to react and kind. Very hardworking and nice to everyone. We asked two switch rooms twice. No questions asked and no problems. The hotel is being cleaned CONSTANTLY. The staff is really working on making sure that every spot is being cleaned. The food is actually really good. I especially liked grilled stuff. Very good coffee and tea. The beach is very nice. Just remember to buy water shoes because the shore is bit rocky. The pier is very spacious and not once did we have a problem to find space for everybody. If you're looking for a fun and nice family retreat go to Palmeras. OH and if anybody from the Hotel reads it. Say thank you to the people working at your hotel. They are great and they are your biggest asset.. .

Family Friendly Hotel. Mixed feelings about this hotel/resort.... It is a well-run family friendly hotel with plenty of things to do, a good level of facilities and everywhere clean and safe, but it's not a 5-star resort. It didn't bother us, but be aware we didn't find any other English people staying in the resort - almost all Russian. The pool area was a good size, plenty of sunbeds & shade but very little space to move with most of the sunbeds crushed together. Entertainment was focused around the pool and it was good - but some found it noisy. Great services for kids including separate pool, slides & club. The beach area was good, but again a bit tight for space, no bar on the beach but only a short walk. The pier (also with sunbeds) was better with much more space - but was quiet and the bar service poor. The rooms were divided into 2 blocks over 5 floors - not all floors were services by lifts. The rooms were ok, but getting a bit worn out & small! Maintenance was not great, with showers leaking, furniture chipped & the mattress sagging. It was clean and comfortable, but not good for much other than sleep. There was very little space for clothes or luggage. The food. Service was buffet style from either the main Restaurant or Pool Snack Bar. Both of these had problems. Firstly, i should say the kitchen team worked really hard to put on a good variety of dishes every day and the presentation was good. The main problem was the food was often luke-warm or even getting cold. Popular dishes would run out and not be replaced. The restaurant had the noise & atmosphere of a canteen - with people sitting on long shared tables, wherever they could find or even wait for a space to be free. Come later, then the experience may be much nicer - but you then take from what food is left! This hotel is a short walking distance from a few shops, pharmacy & taxi/bus services into Antalya. It's a nice place and good for families looking for a bit of time around a pool. But we won't go back - the quality of the rooms & especially food was just not as good as others.. .

had a great vacation. We are four vacationers from Lithuania. We had a great vacation from 08/21/2024 to 08/28/2024. The hotel, considering the price-quality ratio, is really great. Rooms are cleaned daily, bed linen and towels are clean, beds are comfortable. The air conditioner in the room is a real salvation, because it is very hot on vacation at this time. The food is excellent, varied, there is a lot of fruit, and as always, it is impossible to try all of the desserts. The animation team is great. We made friends with girls from Kazakhstan, as well as a very nice animator from Tanzania. Overall very pleasant service everywhere. A cool guy works in the souvenir shop, I'm sorry, I didn't pay attention to his name. Special thanks to him. Thank you on behalf of everyone. Audrone.. .
