Teach reception staff hotel etiquette. Mixed feelings about this hotel. I was there for a week. I arrived at 02:30am due to transfer as it was shared so had to drop others off. So on entering the hotel I checked in and realised I had to buy WIFI as it was a separate charge. Asking the guy behind reception as best as I could were the nearest ATM was, he was absolutely no help at all. So I had to walk around a place I didn’t know at stupid time to find one. Then the WIFI. It worked for a full day faultless. I bought a weeks worth. After that it kept cutting off, but it wasn’t just me it happened to a few, so we had to go reception to get it sorted. A few days into another guy on reception gave me a look at breakfast, so kinda knew he was going to say something, which he did a few hours after and it was when I was going. I gave it 10mins and went to reception and showed him my booking to let him know I was there a week.. maybe it’s against hotel policy to stay there more than 3 days. But either way it was very rude indeed. The lads doing the bar and clearing the tables and the cooks and the cleaners were all hard working and a big amount of appreciation for them. The older men on reception need a lesson in hotel etiquette and not just for the women but all guests.. it’s shocking. .

Our week at Wasa Hotel. We stayed at Wasa Hotel for just over a week and after reading the reviews we were worried about our stay BUT we were pleasantly surprised! We stayed in block B (there are two separate parts to the hotel) it was clean, beds were comfortable and the cleaners were in everyday. The aircon was amazing and included in the price of the room. There was also a mini fridge too.
We read some reviews about the staff being rude etc but all the staff were very friendly and always smiled. Staff were very attentive to the cleaning and taking away ash trays and glasses etc.
The only slight negative was that spirits weren’t included in the ‘all inclusive’ package we bought but didn’t realise till after we had booked our break! Also for 5 Brits the food wasn’t really our cup of tea but plenty of people staying there enjoyed the food and always had full plates. It was our choice to eat out as we are a little fussy and basic lol.
The major plus for Wasa was the location. There are so many bars and restaurants near by as well as shops. The beach is around a five minute walk and you can use sun loungers free of charge their but that area was very busy so we chose to buy (inexpensive) drinks at a beach bar and use their loungers for the day.. .

Ганев. Нищо. Не ни хареса ол инклузива. Храната беше отвратителна няма плодове. Храната нямаше никакво разнообразие. Никакви забавления не се органезират. Хотела не си заслужава въоще..

Дуже скромний готель, нормально на свої кошти якщо не проводити в ньому багато часу. Чудове розташування на центральній вулиці. Поруч багато магазинів, барів, кафе, торгових точок, офіс обміну валют, банкомати, театр, музей та супермаркет Мігрос з широким асортиментом товарів.
Деякі речі дешевше купувати саме в супермаркеті, а не у торговців на вулиці.
Пляж ( пісок+галька) та канатна дорога в 3 хв від готелю. Дорога до пляжу йде через гарний парк.
Ліжаки та зонти на пляжі включені в вартість.
Чистий невеликий басейн на території готелю, на барі можна взяти колу, фанту, спрайт, вино, пиво з ранку до 22:00
Неймовірно гарні краєвиди з балкону.
Якщо ви не плануєте багато часу проводити в номері чи на території готелю, то цей готель вартує своїх коштів.. Вибір музики на барі.
Їжа - на 3 з 5, доволі одноманітна, за 10 днів перебування двічі давали курку, іншій час була риба, баранина чи сосиски в томаті.
З фруктів давали тільки яблука.
Апарати з кавою та соками давали напої тільки в перші 3-4 дні, надалі з них лилась вода.
Персонал, що прибирає столи, виглядає неохайно та обливається потом. Але ввічливі та дружелюбні.
Номер на 4 людини (2 кімнати) незручний, при вході в номер ліжка стоять майже в проході, поруч ліжок немає розеток.
В першій кімнаті немає шафки чи тумбочок для речей.
В другій кімнаті немає центрального освітлення.
Під час прибирання не оновлювали туалетний папір, доводилося ходити просити окремо, що дуже незручно..

Staff were lovely.. Location. No kettle in the room. Shower door was broken so couldn’t close it all the way so flooded the bathroom every time I showered. My room had been serviced despite putting the DND sign on the door..

We will never come to this hotel again.. The room was normal, clean, with a working AC. The safe, it was just lying on the shelf of the closet, you could take it and carry, previously it was glued to the shelf with double-sided tape. Hotel has 2 buildings, you should cross the city street to access pool, bar, breakfast etc... The vacation was ruined at the moment of check-out, when we were asked to pay for the room already paid through booking. The employees do not know how to work with Booking clients. There were many conversations, phone calls etc., the situation was resolved, but they did not even say sorry to us..

Ни в коем случае не выбирайте этот отель. Забронировала отель, так как была привлекательная цена, иначе бы даже не рассматривала данный псевдо «отель». Пришло подтверждение, и сразу же от отеля поступило сообщение, что «мы вас не примем, вы можете жаловаться куда хотите». Оказалось, что это не скидка, а ошибка в цене. И вместо обычного извинения за их ошибку, они посылают потенциальных постояльцев «куда хотите». Скрин переписки прилагаю. Отвратительный грубый персонал, которому все равно на гостей и репутацию отеля.

Helt OK Hotel. Renhold var bra, de vasket rommet hverdag og byttet håndkle hverdag. Liten restaurant og samme mat dag ut og dag inn, mye kø for å hente mat….
