Excellent. We cannot believe that this gem of a hotel has any bad reviews ignore them! We arrived 10pm very tired and hungry. We were greeted as we got off the coach and our cases were taken from us ready to take to our room We checked in very quickly and everything explained clearly. We explained we hadn't eaten the lovely man on reception said don't worry we hv a meal for u. We went to our room with a lovely man he took our cases . He set the air conditioning to temp we wanted works perfectly. We were then taken to the restaurant and sat down with a drink and a beautiful Greek salad. We were told as we were here for 2 weeks we coukd book 2 ala carte meals free. We hvnt yet as only been here a few days. The room is spotless and cleaned the next day after we arrived. We were given a card for free beach towels which was great as we forgot ours!! Grounds are beautiful soo green and a beautiful walk to the beach 5mins. The restaurant is on the beach and serves lunch . Plates taken away as soon as u finish your mealThe food was delicious and such a choice.lovely food cooked in the pizza oven and lady making crepes on the hot stone.a lovely open restaurant at the sides and fans in the roof so relaxing and cool. Open for drinks 10 til 5. Beautiful setting. Beach beautiful and you can walk a long way along the shoreline. Lots of water sports. Our first night didn't sleep too well as had only 1 pillow each .asked for 2 more the next evening and they brought it to us in 5mins! Breakfast was wonderful . Rrstaurant lovely.Fresh cooked fried eggs scrambled and omelette and pancakes. Soo much fruit at every meal amazing salads and great chefs. Evening meal also great and they serve u with your drinks. Booked a Turkish massage for 30 euros. Beer good hvnt tried the wine . Spirits as usual in all inclusive not great but the baileys is original. The gardens are kept soo well. CommunalToilets spotless. There is a large adult pool plus 1 with slides and a little 1 for toddlers.lifeguard present Very clean pool. Sunbeds all hv canopys over them. Lovely seating area at night and entertainment at night has been good so far. The staff are all lovely and can't do enough for you. There are shops and bazaars 10 to 15min walk away Hope this reassures anyone that has doubts the best all inclusive we hv stayed in. Far better than the 4 star hotels we hv stayed in! This should be at least 4stars . Thanku sural garden staff.for making this holiday special. .

Good but not the best. + the food is ok, especially the food prepared on the grill on the terrace, + the beach bar is very nice, especially the fresh pizza from the wood-fired oven, + great beach just a few minutes from the hotel, with always available sun loungers, We were in room 570, it's a family room. - the air conditioning had a lot of trouble cooling the mezzanine, it was simply hot there, - several times there was no water in the tap, we had to wait to take a shower, - the balcony door did not close, - the cleanliness of the towels, the cleanliness of the floors in the room, in the restaurant and around the pool was not the highest (a few ants around the pool), but you could always replace the towel with another one. - deckchairs, tables, chairs and other furniture were heavily worn, + free sunbeds by the pool were harder to find than on the beach, but if you looked for them and rearranged the tables and other sunbeds, it was ok. Everyone in the hotel, the waiters, the guest relations lady and the restaurant staff, are very nice and helpful. A strange situation at check-in, the gentleman at the reception wanted a tip for the room we had booked.... .

3/5. We were in the hotel in August 2024. The hotel has more minuses than pluses, at this price you can find something better. pluses: good food close to the beach - private passage nice garden clean pool foam party minuses: cleanliness in the rooms stench from the sewage beverages/drinks only powdered sugar or syrup in bars they charge a lot for a tip cleanliness in the common bathrooms coffee from the machines is terrible. .

Spring holidays🏖️. The hotel is only 200 meters from the wide, clean sandy beach. Lunch is served directly at the beach restaurant, and drinks are also served at the beach bar and pool bar. Rooms clean and well-kept, cosmetics and slippers included. The food was delicious and varied. In my opinion, the hotel deserves 4 stars, even though it is 3 stars! Thank you everyone 🙂. .

Really worth visiting. This was our second stay in Sural Garden Hotel and great as ever. A 3* hotel that could easily compete with many higher-rated ones. Not everybody is looking for a glossy luxury and Sural Garden offers everything - perfect settings, perfect service, nice and varied food and drinks, beautiful wide sandy beach nearby... But mainly all employees deserve a big thank you for their hard work every day making the hotel go the right way for sure.. .

. Preis Leistung ist top! Vom Angebot gibt es kaum einen Unterschied zu den 5 Sterne Hotels. Das Essen war hervorragend und die Bars hatten immer etwas anzubieten. Das Animationsteam insbesondere Abu und Büşra ist sehr energisch und sympathisch. Für Kinder gab es viele Attraktionen und auch am Abend Beschäftigung. Ebenso fanden am Abend viele schöne Aufführungen für Erwachsene statt. Wir tanzten und feierten mit den Gästen und dem Personal. An der Rezeption arbeitet Herr Şaban, der uns sehr herzlich und humorvoll aufgenommen hat und für unser Wohlbefinden stets gesorgt hat. Auch für die Rückreise ist er persönlich eingesprungen und ist uns zum Flughafen gefahren. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Erfahrungen, habe neue Freunde kennengelernt und viele tolle Erlebnisse gehabt. Vielen Dank an das Hotel und dessen Team! . .
