It is amazing and nice stay with my family. I like the location, very comfortable beds,very nice and helpfull personal, i like the resturant (Social point) very good service and good tasty food,very nice balkong on Sea and Mountain view, very tasty breakfast.

Disappointing.. Location. Given only one key for the room and refused to give us a second key. This was a major issue since the air conditioner only operated with the key in the slot. Even leaving the room with the key for breakfast meant returning to a very uncomfortable room. We paid a higher rate for a seaside view but turns out that meant you were facing the beach night club that had exceptionally loud music...on the Monday night we checked in the music vibrated in our room (on the 9th floor) until just before 3:00am. We ended up having to wear headphones with white noise to block out the noise during the rest of our stay..

Great location. Great location right across from Konyaalti beach at the beginning of the beach. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet was nice. Room was a decent size and had a beach view from the balcony. The 5M Migros mall is not too far away. The restaurants nearby are a little expensive, but there are cheaper ones on Gazi Mustafa Kemal Blv.. The room layout (family room) was cluttered and a little impractical. Partly this was because it was winter and the chairs and table that would normally be on the balcony were in the room. The desk space was completely taken up by the tea and coffee stuff, and there was not enough space to sit at the desk and work. The cable on the kettle was not very long and there were not many power points in the room, so the kettle had to be placed directly in front of the TV in order to be plugged-in. The TV was small and old and had only one non-Turkish channel. Hotel policies were sometimes a little inflexible - for example they would not give us a second room card. Sorry, I've written a lot here, but all these things are relatively minor niggles. Overall we had a good stay and the room was good value for money..
