Villa kas bohem - disappointing stay overall. fairly spacious property however pictures are deceptive and make it look much larger than it actually is - hosts were responsive however standards were not maintained causing our whole group to get food poisoning and ruining our whole holiday. overall fairly ok property however lack of cleanliness,broken jacuzzi, wifi, furniture and building site next door ruined the experience very important to note that at the villa is in a very derelict area so for anyone wanting local amenities this is not the Villa for you. Host also offered a tour which we paid for separately then put the price up by another £100 on the day and then proceeded to do a local tour instead of what we had paid for when confronted and provided with screenshots they admitted fault but it ruined the whole experience and we never got what we paid for.
IMPORTANT make sure you keep a copy of all your messages to the host as there seems to be a lot of confusion on the hosts behalf for simple requests and these are not resolved unless you provide communication evidence although very responsive they are juggling numerous boat tours etc and do not always prioritise or understand requests despite numerous confirmations in writing . villa cleanliness isn’t done to a high standard so we bought our own supplies and requested a mop and brush to clean it ourselves as we had small children ..
