A mixed review, lots of potential to be better than it was.. I was impressed upon arrival as the hotel is lovely. The rooms were impressive and beds were very comfy. There was even a washing machine in the main bathroom, which was brilliant. (We had a poolside room). The negative to this was the annoying family with 4 kids running up and down their room at 1am, and it's LOUD coming through the ceiling. Especially when you just want an early night and some peace! I did call to reception each time but it continued until they went home. The staff were mostly excellent though, and the majority of them were friendly and helpful. When my son became unwell, they all stepped in to help and I was very grateful for their efforts. The food was 50% good and 50% alright. A fair mix of options but could be improved on. We are foodies and well travelled. My kids were disappointed with a few of the nights, but always found something to eat. The Italian a la carte restaurant was fabulous, but we definitely didn't need 6 courses, phew! The cocktails were delicious, especially at the bar inside the hotel. I think the outside bar at the entertainment area was just guessing at everything. It's a huge improvement on some of the other lovely hotels we've stayed at, where their drinks were utterly terrible. (Granada Luxury, and Belek Beach Resort.) The water park was small but the kids (aged 15 + 11) enjoyed it. There were some unruly groups of boys being silly/dangerous on the slides, and the staff tried their best to deal with them. Eventually having to seat a manager at the top of the slides to get them to behave. A lot of the issues came from badly behaved kids with parents who didn't check on them, families who had drunk parents who shouted at the young children, and adults who drank all day and were pretty badly behaved, especially in the pool. (Sex acts under water, which ended in a woman passing out and almost drowning (yes!) and then continuing to sink the shots and cocktails all day. ) Management didn't throw them off the resort, which still confuses me now. If staff were more on the ball with dealing with the poor behaviour of holiday makers, this would improve the star rating from a 3 to a 4 for me. The evening shows were very good. Overall, we had a lovely time. I wouldn't return though, as there are so many other much better hotels out there. Sorry!. .

Nice pools and food but would not come again. Generous food, staff helpful and tasty food and drinks.. I was so far from the main building so had to walk far to get to places, no lighting at night in my area, dusty rooms, too many mosquitoes and the smell of sewage in rooms. And the non stop loud music from morning to night..

Exceptional. One or the best resort.rooms food buffet and water park all was amazing.staff very friendly.very close to main bazar and all markets.huge viraity of food.there is splash bar which is right next to the water park.with huge variety of food and drinks.water park was amazing there is kids section and adults slide and 3 separate pools.i would say its 1 of the resort for families with kids and couples.we will definitely go back.. .

Boring. Pool area was ok. Nothing to do at night time only in house entertainment which I found average but finished to early.

Top hotel. The pillows are the softest and fluffiest, they have nice big spacious rooms and the balcony view was amazing. The all inclusive food was amazing and the room clean service was really good they never let the room get messy. The staff are friendly and always willing to help you out.. .

Very good stay, would definitely recommend this place, in the main area of Lara. The resort was all inclusive and rooms were good with balcony view. .

Family week in Antalya. Lovely spacious apartments with good balcony and a fully equipped Kitchen. Staff throughout the Greenwood Suites were excellent, very customer friendly and could not do enough to make my families stay perfect especially the front reception and pool area bar staff.. .
