Can’t fault the staff they were very helpful, good value. Very friendly staff Very good value. No balcony and bed was rock hard.

A Nightmare Experience - Avoid Hotel Exporoyal at All Costs!. Facilities: The facilities in this hotel are a complete joke. The hot water is unreliable at best; after my girlfriend managed to get a lukewarm shower, there was no hot water left for me. The water pressure was so low that it was barely a trickle. The furniture is outdated and dirty, making the entire experience feel like staying in a decrepit, forgotten building rather than a 3-star hotel. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The conditions were so bad that I genuinely believe sleeping on the street would have been more comfortable and certainly less smelly. I have no idea how this place has a 3-star rating; it is a disgrace. They are clearly making money but refuse to invest in even the most basic updates or cleanliness. If you value your health, sanity, and holiday experience, do yourself a huge favor and avoid Hotel Exporoyal at all costs. This place is nothing short of a disaster.. I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Exporoyal in Antalya, and I cannot emphasize enough how terrible this place is. Calling this establishment a "hotel" is an insult to the term. My stay here turned what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday into an absolute nightmare. Room and Cleanliness: The room we were given was shockingly tiny and filthy. It was cluttered with unnecessary furniture, like chairs that only served to make the already cramped space even more unbearable. The cleanliness was non-existent—there was dirt everywhere, and the smell was horrendous. The entire hotel reeked of cigarettes and a foul odor that made it impossible to stay in the room for more than a few minutes, let alone get any sleep. Noise Levels: The walls in this hotel are paper-thin. I could hear every footstep, every whisper from neighboring rooms, and the constant noise from the street outside. The sound of cars and people made it impossible to get any rest. It was as if we were sleeping directly on the street. Staff and Service: The staff at Hotel Exporoyal were some of the rudest and most unprofessional I have ever encountered. From the moment we checked in, we were met with hostility and indifference. The staff looked at us as if we were a nuisance, and their attitude was shockingly impolite. They made it clear that they couldn't care less about their guests. The person at the reception was a child, probably no older than 15, more interested in playing on his phone than helping guests. When we complained about the unbearable smell and the lack of hot water in our room, we were given the runaround. We were promised a room change after the first day, but that turned into three days of excuses. Even when we were finally moved to a new room, it was just as bad—no hot water and the same awful smell. Complaints were met with a dismissive "sorry, I can't do anything for you now" and empty promises of help the next day that never materialized..

Wouldn’t let a dying dog sleep in one of the rooms, place should be shut down. Nothing at all it was absolutely horrendous, staff was rude and very arrogant don’t even get a hello when walking past.. Had to ask 4 times for rooms to be cleaned, Rooms didn’t get cleaned for 4 days straight, beds have bed bugs.

Great location, helpful staff, poor facilities. Location is central and great for airport, Lara and Konyaalti beach, local shops. Staff was great, friendly and helpful.. Very low water pressure, very old facilities..
