Not so magical after all. No longer the magical place that we remember from a previous stay other than the spectacular views and spa services. The staff on the whole where friendly and the beach area had improved with the provision of safer access to the water.. Room tired with warped wall paneling and the floor was filthy when we arrived. Even though we got a change of towels and water replaced everyday - they didn't replace the missing glasses or coffee cups when removing them from the room. Restaurant in the evening was soulless with very few guests eating (it used to be buzzing) and a very limited menu..

Superb. the view of the hotel beach and restaurant is perfect, u can see the sunsets on restaurant.. the room is not that clean, especially the towel we get..

Worst hotel EVER. Nothing. We were told on arrival that the restaurant and bar would be closed after our first night so nowhere to eat or drink, not even a bottle of water. Was told they would take us to their other hotel if we wanted a drink or food by bus. Basically none of the facilities on their website were open. Told by manager they didn't have to provide access to food or drink, only provide breakfast. Room was dirty. No cups, 4 hangers no enamel on bath, mould in shower, filthy windows. No lock at all on patio door, just a hole where lock should have been so anyone could walk in. Worst hotel we've ever stayed in..

Exceptional. Kaś is one of my favorite places to go in turkey! This place never disappoints, rooms are clean and have a lot of space. The beach was the best part of the entire hotel. You do have to drive/taxi into the city but it was worth going for Bar's and Food.. .

Gorgeous place but probably couldn’t return due to mobility issues.. Nice room , great breakfast and breakfast view, beautiful hotel and landscaping, lovely lounging area by beach.. Difficulty dealing with all the stairs with mobility issues. Not enough lighting in the room. Especially the bathroom..

Passable. I really liked the room and the sea. I didn't like the breakfast (it was the same thing, and the coffee was terrible). You have to climb a huge number of steps to get to the pier, the area is unkempt and not clean. They couldn't give you slippers, the internet didn't work well. The cats in the restaurant are unsanitary..

Good location hotel with direct beach access, rooms are very old not in a good condition and dirty bed and mattress are. The location and landscaping. The rooms are very old Not clean Not maintained well Bed uncomfortable Mattress very old and smelly Staff don’t speak English which is different to understand.

One of the best vacation spots for some great relax time!. The beach and the pool areas are amazing. The location is good, you can take a 15 min bus to the city center from top of stairs. The rooms are clean and staff is super good. Will definitely come back next year and hopefully book one of the gorgeous villas with private pools.. Keep in mind the long stairs, but it is ok..

Superb. Besutuful view from anywhere. The access to the water is awesome with beds and bar. Room size very decent. Absolutely worth it. Try the spa treatment. Underrated.. Food at the restaurant was okay, not incredible. Very steepy if you do not like to climb - it was ok for us. Nit much to complain actually. Very good place..
