Everything was perfect. My wife and I were please from the arrival until the departure. We found a very cosy place well. Everything was perfect. The breakfast is a 10/10 with a stunning view. The staff were incredibly nice and always ready to help. Special thank to Ridvan and Murat for their help and advices for our holiday.
The swimming pool was very nice also.
If you are looking for dinner, the restaurant of the hotel is also very good, with good different options all very well prepared by the chef.. Nothing to say except may be the product that was put into the swimming pool was a bit strong especially for those who open their eyes while swimming..

Amazing views , beautiful hotel , nice room ! Service needs improvement.. The hotel has amazing view of the sea and is situated almost in the edge of Kas . The room was setup well with good furnishings.. 1) Breakfast is served to your table and is a very limited menu. Would have preferred a buffet to avoid food wastage as they bring all the breakfast items to your table. It would be better to provide a menu to the guests and let them choose what they want that can then be served at the table.
The customer service not great (not sure if it was due to language barrier as only one or two staff spoke English). Two instances :
1) I had requested for a small cake while booking and reminded them during check in as well as it was my wife's milestone birthday. However due to lack of communication between day shift and evening shift receptionist there was lots of confusion and I had to chase up multiple times. In the end they did manage a nice cake , however it was a massive cake (even though i asked for a small cake) and was charged £25 for it. It was such a big cake for two of us and we had to waste it in the end as we were checking out. I was hoping for a small gesture from the hotel by offering a small cake , however bit disappointed that not only they sent a massive cake that ended up being wasted and they managed to charge me for it as well.
2) One of the days when we returned to our room we were shocked to find the room being messy with water spilled all around and dirty shoe marks in the room with the balcony door opened. It looked like someone tried to access the room when we were away. We immediately reported to the reception and it took couple of calls to get someone to come around and clean it first. What was more shocking is that the reaction to it was as if it was normal. None of the hotel staff bothered to check on who did this and if it was indeed the housekeeping staff then how did the mess happen in the room. While we had nothing missing but it was disappointing that there was no assurance from hotel staff about the incident..

Perfect for our family holiday. We really could not have stayed anywhere better! We loved waking up to a beautiful seaview of Kastellorizo from our second floor family room & the amazing sunsets on either side of the peninsula (at the infinity pool & the restaurant). Turkish breakfast (included in the price) was HUGE & so tasty - cheeses, nuts, watermelon, dried fruits, bread/simits with jam, honey, tahini, chocolate, salad, cake & pastries! Everyone was very friendly & helpful - special mention for Rifat in the restaurant for explaining everything in English! Location is great - lovely & calm to return to after being in Kas itself - we caught the local dolmus into town (30 lira each one way) which we hailed outside the hotel (goes into town every 30 mins) - at quarter to & quarter past the hour, then returning from Kas on the hour & half hour- look out for the ‘peninsula’ or ‘yarimada’ dolmus)- incredible views if a bit packed & hot at times! We had dinner twice at the restaurant (La Sidera) which was wonderful with amazing food & sunsets. We would love to come back - highly recommended!. .

Relaxing stay, spacious rooms lovely pool. Beautiful views, well maintained and friendly staff. Lovely Turkish breakfast Accommodated my gluten free diet. Thank you. over priced food and drinks for a 3 star for lunch and dinner. Room safe very small and not connected to anything. Anyone Could have walked away with it..
