You will get more then what you paid for.. First of all: do not expect 5* resort if rate you pay was 1*. I recently stayed at Side Win Hotel and was good by the overall experience. The hotel provided a variety of activities and entertainment options, including live music and a Turkish night. Food: EXCELLENT! fresh whole fruits, lots of greens such as rucola, dill etc. Staff kind, pool clean, water park designed for children, room clean. Also they have nice bar with cookies- the f you miss breakfast cookies and coffee-best option! Lots of kids (it’s clearly family resort) If you do not like tolerate kids - look for another resort.. One negative aspect was that the Wi-Fi, because you have to pay for it. However, this was a minor issue because I have SIM card with internet. Second one - dirty gym. Rest it’s PERFECT!.

Nothing for emphesis. Nothing for emphesis. Nothing for emphesis.. The atmosfier was not fresh and clean and the limited internet connection made crowded area interanse and loby.

Presented 5* hotel Reality 1* or less. Nothing /Semmi. The hotel was presented as a 5* hotel on Booking.com, nevertheless the worse experience we had and no stars. Actually a hotel built 25 years ago and has not been renovated since, all furnitures broken and faded or torn. Food was uneatable and cold, we spent 500 Euro /couple outside restaurants. 7.45 p.m all dinner was gone. The whole restaurant is dark and stinks. No animations programms in the evening , but should be... Hotel gave no compensation only Booking.com gave 20% but our holiday was ruined by dishonest management. Shame. Except for this hotel we only had good experiences in Türkiye ..

Passable. Food was good and the staff in restaurants were brilliant. Bakhtiar, who was in charge of rooms. Very rood and unprofessional worker. I wouldn't keep this worker as he's incompetent.. The rooms are not clean enough. The cleaning is poor. Most of the amenities in the rooms & bathroom were broken or out of work. Shampoo & body washing were not changed/or added. It was very noisy. Drank people make noise even after midnight. One can not rest because of noise. You have to buy safe internet which is very weird..

Water Slides! But more like a 2 star hotel.. great water entertainment facilities! kids and adults will like it! entertainment program was OK, nothing special. very attentive staff, they want you to feel your best during your stay in Side Win hotel. even if they see you sad, they will come and ask how they can help - very nice. we stayed only for few days, so food was OK, we didn't get bored or anything like that. spacious room. nice beach bar.. strange smell in the room, smelled of flowers or something like that but very chemical. don't know what they tried to hide =))) hotel seems to be built long time ago. everything was good, but I personally didn't feel like it was 4 star hotel, sorry. more like 2 stars. beach is not far away, sandy. but the water was cloudy, not clear. not sure why.

That was so bad history in my mind. Really nothings. Disrespectful behavior of employees of reception Rooms lock all broken Bath accessories broken and shower have problem.

Cheap and cheerful. Pool was good needs repairs but apart from that it's good,. Food was poor at best prepare you sevles for a bread a chips diet, we had to eat out every day as the food was terrible, no where near a five star, I have stayed in three hotels in the area and this was by far the worse, ramada and hane are much better with much better food and drinks,.
